The Master of Science in Engineering in Building Services Engineering [MSc(Eng)(BSE)] curriculum provides advanced education in the fields of design, management and operation of modern building services systems to practising engineers or related professionals who want to acquire new knowledge and keep abreast of technical developments in the building services industry. The curriculum embraces a wide spectrum of subjects ranging from services system design, project management, operation and maintenance, energy performance, building intelligence and sustainability issues.
Students are required to complete 48 credits plus a dissertation (equivalent to 24 credits) to graduate.
Entrance Requirements
1. Comply with the University Entrance Requirements; and
2. Hold a Bachelor's degree of this University in a relevant Engineering or related Science discipline; or a qualification of equivalent standard from this University or another comparable institution accepted for this purpose.
